📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach piano lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, using a variety of teaching methods and materials.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that are tailored to each student’s individual needs and goals.
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and technologies, such as using online platforms like Zoom or Skype for remote lessons.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Promote Joy Education’s programs and events to attract new students and build a strong community.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized teaching space, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Piano Performance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a music education setting.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
