📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain backhoe loaders and other heavy equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-operation checks to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
• Train and certify workers in equipment operation and safety protocols, adhering to TESDA NC II standards.
• Monitor and maintain equipment logs and records to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction tasks.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in heavy equipment operation and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• TESDA NC II certification in Heavy Equipment Operation or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Backhoe Loader Operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with backhoe loader maintenance and repair procedures.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation standards.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
