As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business growth. This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 3.000.000 to Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen potential candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
