Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Managing and supervising a team of workers.
  • Conducting safety inspections and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Preparing and submitting progress reports to management.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
  • Ensuring all construction materials and equipment are available and in good condition.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and building codes.
