📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with our platform’s policies and procedures.
• Oversee order fulfillment and logistics, working with our logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor and manage customer interactions, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Implement and manage new features on our marketplace platform, working closely with our development team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, vendor management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Experience with order management systems such as Shopify POS, Lightspeed, or Square.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
