📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze organizational training needs and develop data-driven learning solutions
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Moodle
• Create and implement training programs that align with business objectives and drive employee development
• Leverage learning analytics to continuously improve training programs and measure their impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training solutions meet the evolving needs of the workforce
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of learning management systems
• Evaluate and select appropriate learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning design and instructional technology
• Proficiency in learning management systems such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Cornerstone
• Experience with learning analytics tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or equivalent) is a plus
