📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and ensure they meet performance targets.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
