We are looking for a General Manager who can bring fresh ideas and a strategic vision to our business.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of managers and staff to develop and implement operational plans, monitor performance, and address any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for recruitment, training, and development of our employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Develop and implement operational plans to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of quality ingredients and products.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Manager role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in restaurant operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Clover, or Toast, and experience with restaurant management software like QuickBooks or Sage.
• Certification in Food Safety and Health Management (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
