📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Counter in managing customer interactions and providing excellent customer service.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Provide product information and recommendations to customers.,Handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.,Good understanding of inventory management.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point of sale systems.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.
