📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff performance, providing training and support as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to achieve outlet targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
