📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of retail stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage and develop the store management team, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.,Collaborate with the national operations team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail operations best practices and processes.,Understanding of inventory management systems and techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
