The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Medical Representative in promoting our products, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring our brand is represented effectively in the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to support product launches and sales goals.,Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for market expansion.,Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Prepare and present reports on market trends, product performance, and sales activities to the management team.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for sales teams.,Monitor and report on budget adherence and expenditure related to promotional activities.,Provide support in the development and maintenance of sales and marketing strategies.,Participate in trade shows, medical conferences, and other industry events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
