📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Monitor and evaluate branch performance, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the branch is a safe and secure environment for all staff and customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve branch operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
