📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that our technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop tutorials, manuals, and other types of technical content.
- Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to gather information and clarify technical concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.
- Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and processes.
- Assist in the development of our technical writing tools and systems.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English literature, journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
