📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business objectives.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
