📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Analyze data sources and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation of systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering questions.
• Document system processes and procedures for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and technologies, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with ITIL framework and service management tools.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
