PT Astrid Wana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor our maintenance team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of work.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with operational goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and inspection reports.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to protect personnel and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and technical roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong technical knowledge and skills in mechanical and electrical systems.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Knowledge of maintenance management software and tools is a plus.
