📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety standards.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance-related issues and improve overall operational efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Participate in emergency response and troubleshooting activities to address urgent maintenance needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading maintenance teams.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
