CV Property Cipta is looking for a Lead Accountant to join our team in Serang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and salaries.,Provide financial analysis and advice to management.,Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
