📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar software.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and processing of inventory.
• Perform regular physical inventory counts to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that inventory levels meet customer demand.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hardware products and industry standards.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift (preferred but not required).
