📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.,Collaborate with other departments to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.,Monitor departmental performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department at company meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
