📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactions to identify areas of cost savings and inefficiencies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize our financial performance.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to understand and manage ingredient costs, menu pricing, and food waste.
• Conduct regular cost audits and reviews to ensure compliance with budgetary targets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost management and financial efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis in the food service industry.
• Proficient in using cost control software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in cost management or financial analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
